What Would You Tell Your Younger Self?
Do you write letters to your past self?
What wisdom would you pass on?
In what areas do you recognize that you still need to grow?
A decade of parenting my kid through diagnoses of autism, anxiety, and ADHD has been a fierce awakening. Raising a neurodivergent kid has made writing even more important, even though I have less time.
Since mindful parenting is so much about our own inner work, I love a simple journal prompt that helps me get to the heart of my feelings and work through anything stuck. That clarity allows me to show up in my relationships with less baggage and more understanding.
Do you journal?
This time of year is a natural trigger to look back at how we’ve grown.
For my family’s privacy, I have to put these stories behind the curtain…
Welcome! Thank you for visiting.
I’m Kate, and I’m grateful our paths have crossed.
If you’re raising a neurodivergent kid and somewhere along the way you’ve lost touch with yourself.
If parenting feels different than you expected.
If you’re longing to be more connected, calm, and present so you can enjoy your family and avoid burnout...
I’d love to walk alongside you.
