For February only, I have a special discount code for you for Self-Love Yoga.
“Trying to get a little self-love time for myself can be challenging, especially with 4 kids, a job and a house to run and maintain. It's been a day 🥴 with 2 sick kids at home with stomach bugs. After caring for my daughter, it was such a gift to come back to the session and care for myself. I loved your gentle leading and meaningful practices! I will use it again and again. I might just have to do self-love yoga weekly!”
-Janise S.

"Kate's gentle spirit and tranquil tone invited me to experience clarity, release, and relaxation. I felt held.”

When our brains think we're unsafe, it triggers a chain reaction in our bodies. Our jaw clenches. Our shoulders rise to our ears. That knot in our stomach tightens. All this stress can lead to chronic pain, digestive issues, and sheer exhaustion.
What would change if you could meet your challenges grounded in a regulated nervous system, rather than numbing out, panicking, disassociating, or raging? (All appropriate responses, BTW.) What if you had the confidence and energy to lean into curiosity and collaboration in your parenting, and acknowledge your positive impact just by being a kind parent in a cruel world?
When we honor and validate ourselves as inherently worthy, we’re more likely to sustain our self-care long-term than if we’re hard on ourselves. When we welcome all feelings with open arms, offering them refuge and compassion, we're changing the world from the inside out. It doesn't stop there, because we will then have more energy to play with our kids, joining them in their world, which can infuse you both with confidence and connection.
That's why I'm offering you Self-Love Yoga for $27 $17 (that's $10 off) throughout February. It's an on-demand workshop that's going to help you accept yourself, flaws and all, and expand your capacity to take compassionate action.
So, are you ready to love yourself?
